  42.     Important notes about OnTarget--
  43.  
  44.     1)  First, and most importantly-- OnTarget has a built-in
  45.         help system/manual that you can access at any time.
  46.         It contains important information that you need to
  47.         read to get the most out of using the program.

  49.     2)  This version of OnTarget was written in Visual Basic v5.0.
  50.         It will run only in Windows 95/98/NT.  Programs written in
  51.         Visual Basic v5.0 also require up-to-date *.DLL files that
  52.         you probably have unless you have an older version of Win95.

  54.         If you find that you need the runtime files, they are available as a
  55.         package (VBRun500.Exe) that you can download on my Web site listed
  56.         above, or from America Online, and install on your computer.
